Welcome to the Jihudumie School Old Syllabus Lesson Plan Generator!

Welcome, teachers! We are delighted to have you use this tool to simplify your lesson preparation. Our goal is to help you create high-quality, professional lesson plans efficiently. Please follow this detailed guide to ensure you get the best possible output from the generator.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Lesson Plan Generator

1. Inputting Lesson Details

When you first access the input form (as seen in Image_1 and Image_2), you will see various fields under sections like "ATTENDANCE" and "LESSON TOPIC DETAILS."

  • Crucial Step: You must fill in every field marked with a red asterisk (*). These are mandatory fields for generating a complete lesson plan.

  • For example, enter your "School Name" and "Teacher Name." Under "LESSON TOPIC DETAILS," enter your "MAIN TOPIC" (e.g., Trigonometrical Ratio) and "SUB-TOPIC" (e.g., Compound Angles). Make sure all these details are correct before moving on.

2. Generating the Plan

Once all the * fields are complete, look for the purple button labeled "GENERATE PLAN" (Image_1 and Image_4).

  • Press this button only once.

  • Wait a moment: Give the AI just a second or two to "think" and construct your customized lesson plan based on the Old Syllabus. Do not refresh or close the page while it is processing.

3. The Most Important Step: Critical Line-by-Line Review

Once the lesson plan appears on your screen (similar to what you see in Image_0, Image_3, and Image_4), it is vital that you review it thoroughly.

  • GO THROUGH THE PLAN LINE BY LINE. While the AI is highly intelligent, it is a tool meant to assist you, not replace your judgment. As the professional educator, you must ensure the generated contents perfectly align with the intended lesson on Compound Angles.

  • SPECIFIC CHECKPOINTS: Pay close attention to the bottom sections of the generated document (Image_4):

    • Review the "TEACHER'S EVALUATION."

    • Review the "STUDENT'S EVALUATION."

    • Review the "REMARKS."

  • Edit Directly: If any part of the text does not meet your specific class needs or doesn't look correct, you can edit that text box directly on your screen right now. Make sure the plan is perfect before you proceed to the final step.

4. Finalizing and Printing/Saving

When you are 100% satisfied with your edited lesson plan, locate and press the teal-colored button labeled "PRINT PDF" (Image_1, Image_4).

  • This button will open the standard print dialog box on your computer or mobile device. This function works simultaneously to print a hard copy or to "SAVE AS PDF" to your device for future use.

Before You Click Print or Save: You must ensure the physical layout of the lesson plan matches the required standards shown in Image_6 to avoid a messy document.

  • Review the Print Preview: Look at your print preview screen. You must ensure that the complete lesson plan fits onto EXACTLY 2 PAGES (as indicated in Image_6: "Total: 2 pages"). A 3-page plan is incorrect and needs fixing.

  • Follow these specific print settings shown in Image_6 to guarantee a perfect 2-page document:

    1. Layout: Set your page orientation to 'Portrait'. Do not use Landscape.

    2. Paper size: Select 'A4' paper.

    3. Scale (%): This should initially be set to '100%'.

      • Tip: If the plan is bleeding onto a third page at 100%, reduce this scale number (e.g., try 95% or 90%) until the preview shows exactly 2 pages.

    4. Options (under More settings):

      • Headers and footers: You must UNCHECK this box.

      • Background graphics: You must UNCHECK this box.

Once all these settings are confirmed, click 'Print' to send it to your printer or 'Save' to download the PDF to your device.
