The Higher Education Students' Loans Board (HESLB) is informing parents, and students residing within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area that the application window for the Ngorongoro Scholarship is officially open from 19th August to 15th September, 2026.
Applicants are strongly advised to read the Ngorongoro Scholarship Guidelines available on HESLB website: www.heslb.go.tz and the NCAA website: www.ncaa.go.tz
The application can be made through the Online Loan Application System (OLAMS), through HESLB | OLAMS - https://olas.heslb.go.tz/olams/pre-applicant/apply-for-scholarship
For inquiries or assistance during the application process, applicants are encouraged to contact or visit the nearest HESLB office.
Students are urged to take advantage of this special application window and ensure that they complete the process before the set deadline.
